If you are not satisfied with a product purchased in the store, simply bring the product in new condition, in its original packaging for a full refund. We will gladly return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt. Excluded items: grooming tools and open pest-control treatments.

Pet Food
Open pet food purchased within 30 days must have original receipt and packaging to be returned or exchanged.

Non-Receipted Return
Returns without a receipt must be verified in your Graham Hay Market profile. If we are unable to validate the sale, no credit will be given.

Graham Hay Market will gladly exchange unsatisfactory hay. All hay will be inspected by a manager before a refund or exchange is approved. We will exchange or replace delivered hay. Standard delivery fees will apply. Graham Hay Market will not accept returns/exchanges on hay that has been improperly handled or stored. As a reminder, hay is an agricultural commodity, grown in the dirt. Sticks, rocks, weeds, dust, and other flaws, can occur.

All sales of clearance items are final.
